Welcome to our newly renovated store! We now have a shopping cart system that makes ordering easier and faster, ready-made items so you can get your products faster, and a Custom Order Form to make other orders!
How the new system works: When paying with PayPal, simply find the items you want to order, select any options where appropriate, and hit "Add to Cart". Your cart is where you can review your order and the shipping cost, and continue shopping for more items. When you are ready, go to your cart by clicking on the "View Cart" button at the top of the page. Then proceed to checkout, make your PayPal payment, and wait for your order! Orders will be shipped out in 1-2 business days.
This is a new system, and there still may be some bugs that need to be worked out. If you notice anything isn't working properly please contact us and let us know!
You can still make orders the old-fashioned way using our Custom Order Form. This form is also useful if you want to order something in a different size, or a color we don't have ready-made at the moment. Custom designs are always available!

We accept PayPal (preferred), money orders in Canadian dollars, or carefully concealed Canadian cash. To place an order using PayPal, simply add the items to your cart, review, and checkout. Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days.
To place an order using another method of payment, or to request a custom or unavailable color, design, or size, please fill out our Custom Order Form. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours letting you know if we can make the item to your specifications, your total, and where to send the money. Custom orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is received.
Returns
All hand-made items are non-returnable, though if there is a defect in the craftmanship or the item is damaged in shipping we would be happy to replace the item at no charge. Non-handcrafted items can be returned for a refund minus the cost of shipping.

Want to save $2 on your next order? Simply send us a picture of your rat enjoying one of our products for our Product Gallery and receive $2 off your next order from our store! Limit one discount per order and per month. Evergreen Rattery retains the rights to any and all pictures submitted for this purpose.
